A day in the life of a toy designer and pattern maker

In the studio at dawn, the designer sits in front of a drawing board, with various toy sketches spread out in front of him. He holds a pencil in his hand and is refining the outline of an animal doll. The desk lamp on the table emits a soft light.

The designer stood in front of the sample rack, holding several fabrics and plastic parts of different materials, comparing and selecting materials suitable for the new toy. Next to him was an unfinished prototype of a plush toy.

At his workbench, the designer was using 3D modeling software. A three-dimensional model of a cartoon robot was displayed on the computer screen. He occasionally used the mouse to adjust the joint angles of the model. A steaming cup of coffee sat on the table.

During lunch break, the designer was in the studio's rest area, eating a sandwich while flipping through a toy design magazine. The magazine featured all sorts of novel toy designs, and he occasionally took notes with a pen.

The designer took the newly made toy sample and put it on the testing table to conduct pull and press tests to check the toy's durability and safety. The sample was a dinosaur doll with movable joints.

In the evening, the designer and his colleagues gathered around the conference table to show samples of the new toy. Colleagues were offering suggestions for improvement, and several different versions of the toy prototypes were on the table.

At night, only the designer remained in the studio. He was organizing the day's design drawings and samples, putting them into the filing cabinet, a satisfied smile on his face. Outside the window, the night was already deep.

Subsequently, the prototypes are passed to the production workshop for mass production.
